Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance: Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance outline fix pack

Outline fix hack with many palette versions. Harmony of Dissonance fix changes the odd blue outline from Juste Belmont to a better looking black one, without changing any character palette. About the other files:

Castlevania - HoD Alucard Lords of Shadow: Change Juste's palette to look like Alucard from Lords of Shadow Mirror of Fate, with silver hair and dark aqua coat;

Castlevania - HoD Classic Simon: Change Juste's palette to one more like his ancestor, Simon, brunette hair and yellow coat;

Castlevania - HoD Classic Trevor: Trevor Belmont's palette, dark brown hair and dark yellowish green coat (based on Symphony of the Night, Curse of Darkness and Netflix schemes);

Castlevania - HoD Gabriel Lords of Shadow: Gabriel Belmont/Dracula from Lords of Shadow series, bloody red coat, coal black hair and pale skin;

Castlevania - HoD Simon Lords of Shadow: Simon from Mirror of Fate, red hair, pants and whip, dark aqua coat;

Castlevania - HoD Trevor Lords of Shadow: Trevor from Mirror of fate, black hair and whip, aqua green coat with yellow inside.
