Castlevania: Eternal Confrontation is a modified version of the original Castlevania game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. This hack features redesigned levels, adjusted color palettes, and modified gameplay mechanics. Notably, power-ups have altered functions, such as the big heart providing only two uses of special weapons and meat restoring eight health units. A minor bug exists in specific sublevel transitions, but it does not significantly affect gameplay.
