Mega Man 2: Rockman 2 MMC3 hack

This patch will turn Japanese Rockman 2 (Famicom) from SGROM (Mapper 1) to TNROM (Mapper 4 = MMC3). Created by dumping one game from "Rockman 1-6" pirate cartridge, which is a compilation of all Rockman games hacked to MMC3.
