Mega Man: Rockman to Mega Man Title Screen Redo

This hack was originally made by SCD, and to be honest, really all of the credit should go to him for this: https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/2742/

My edit was changing the "Mega" part of title screen to fit more in line with how the rest of the series portrays it, specifically Mega Man 9 and 10's title screen.
Instead of resembling the Mega Man the Wily Wars' way of drawing it (Before Mega Man 8 came out).

Again, big thanks to SCD, Most of the work was done by him, and this clearly couldn't have been done without his efforts.

This Hack was made by SCD, the only thing I did was edit the title screen to be more accurate to Mega Man 9 and 10's title screens (plus the other "Rockman style title screen" hacks). All credit should really go to him for this hack.
