Adventure Island: Tina's Adventure Island is a player sprite hack of the original Adventure Island game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. In this modification, the protagonist Master Higgins is replaced by his girlfriend Tina. It includes patches for the US, Japanese, and European releases. The hack was created by Zynk Oxyhide and released in September 2019.
