Advance Wars: Dual Strike: Advance Wars: Dual Strike - CO Terrain Bonus Fixes

The following changes have been made:
- Lash deals +10% offense per star instead of 5%.
- Lash receives an offense boost on Pipes and Seams (so Piperunners get a boost).
- Koal receives an offense boost on Roads and Bridges.
- Kindle receives an offense boost on Urban Terrain and Silos.

Note: The text in the CO Information has not been updated.

Just testing out the "CO Terrain Offense Editor" I made.

The following changes have been made:
- Lash deals +10% offense per star instead of 5%.
- Lash's offense boost on terrain (so Piperunners get a boost):
D2D = Pipe & Pipe Seam = +10%
Power = Pipe & Seam Seam = +20%
Super = Pipe & Seam Seam = +30%

- Koal receives an offense boost on Roads and Bridges.

- Kindle receives an offense boost on Urban Terrain and Silos.
