What this does?

Well, obviously it serves to restore the Japanese dubbing of Sakura Wars V for the Wii, HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT RESTORE THE JAPANESE AUDIO OF THE CUTSCENES.

How to apply?

You will need the Sakura Wars V game and the Dolphin emulator. After that, open your Dolphin emulator, right-click on the game, go to Properties, then look for Filesystem, then right-click on the disc and click on Extract Entire Disc, choose a folder and save it. Now copy the DATA folder from the patch, go to the folder where you saved, and replace the DATA folder with the patch folder. Now go back to your emulator and select this created folder to play the game.

Ps: you can also convert this folder back into an rvz file
