Strider 2: Strider 1 & 2 Restorations is a modification for PlayStation that restores content omitted from the American versions of the Strider games. Enhancements include the reinstatement of Hiryu's attack voice in Strider and uncensored enemy sprites, along with the addition of Japanese audio for cutscenes in Strider 2. It also corrects text errors and removes anti-modchip measures.
These hacks restore all the content that got cut in the American versions of both games back to them.
Here's what they do to them:
==Strider:==
Restores Hiryu's missing "Hah!" voice track that he uses when he attacks enemies & bosses with his Cypher.
Restores the original uncensored sprites of the Amazon enemy.
==Strider 2:==
Restores the missing Japanese audio back to the cutscenes.
Fixes spelling errors in the text that are used in the Stage 00 cutscene.
Removes the anti-modchip protection.
