Phantasy Star III: Generations of Doom: Fast Walking for General Improvements 1.1 Hack

This mod simply adds the functionality of the Double Walk Speed patch by Emptyeye et al on top of the General Improvement patch, which cannot be patched directly with the original version due to rearranged ROM internals. That's it!
