Streets of Rage 2: SOR2 - Pile Driver patch

This patch will change the original "Air Throw" and "Atomic Drop" of Max to "Pile Driver", the signature move of Zangief, Zhang Fei, and Mike Haggar. No other change was made to the game.

This patch does not change the size of the ROM, and is compatible to most of the other IPS patches unless they disabled the original "Air Throw" and "Atomic Drop" of Max. Game hackers can freely use this patch in their hacks. No credit is required, but will be appreciated.
