Super Metroid: Bomb Torizo Debug Code

Enables use of the Golden Torizo Debug Code when entering the regular Bomb Torizo room in Crateria.

This patch allows you to use the Golden Torizo Debog cheat (Link: https://wiki.supermetroid.run/Golden_Torizo_Code ) as early as the Bomb Torizo room in Crateria. You activate it the same way, hold ABXY while entering the Bomb Torizo room the first time. Bomb Torizo must still be alive.

This patch works by skipping the instruction that normally prevents this code from working in Crateria, as the code is linked to Torizo's setup instructions, regardless of which type of Torizo is loaded.
