This is a bug fix for the SNES version of Breath of Fire II.
The spell Agi-Up has no effect in the game. With this hack, the spell temporarily doubles the vigor of the target as it was intended.

About the hack
--------------

In the SNES version of the game the spell Ag-Up has no effect due to a bug.
This hack fixes the bug and makes the spell temporarily double the target's
vigor as intended.



About the bugfix
----------------

The bug was actually very easy to correct. The programmers simply made the
mistake of reading from the address where the targets current vigor is stored
instead of writing the modified value to it. Thus just changing one LDA to STA
was enough.
This also means that the following Game Genie Code should have the same effect
as the patch:
6906-040C
The ease of the fix of a well-known bug in a popular game like Breath of Fire II
makes me wonder why no one ever did it before. At least I couldn't find it.
