Super Mario Kart: Mega Kart Retro

Mega Kart Retro is a romhack of Super Mario Kart started on October 2021 and tested by many friends for the final release. Thanks Mr. Guinas for the betatesting, and also special thanks for my friends who have honored mention as characters on this project: domenyX, Zap & Lena, Jessie Mieko, and Victor Iemini.

The hack includes a full set of 16 new races through 4 cups, a good amount of the graphics are modified, new level design and 8 new characters.

You can also play a special MSU-1 version (IPS included) through the link below, remember you must have your original copy of Super Mario Kart to apply a patch. In case of the MSU version, set the patched file as "smk-msu.sfc"
