This patch is for the USA release of Star Fox. Tested on revision 2,
it might work on other ROMs?

It changes the color of the SNES controller buttons on the main menu,
from US purple shades, to match the red/yellow/blue/green of the J SFC
release.

Let me know if there are any issues or oversights!

I'm going to assume you know how to use IPS patches. I'm also going to
assume you know how to obtain a ROM to patch. Please don't ask me.

The ROM used is headerless, I do believe.

I can't promise that this patch will play nice with every other patch
combination available, you'll have to do some experimentation.
