on the clock initialization screens. That's all, nothing else. It's mostly
intended for Japanese players that want to use contemporary dates.

Original clock year range: 1995 - 2014
Original birthday year range: 1900 - 1999

New clock year range: 1995 - 2094
New birthday year range: 1900 - 2094

Known side effects:
* The Japanese era name and year don't display during birthday entry.
* Fortunes under the Almanac won't display for years past 2014.
