Terranigma: Boss Rush is a fan-made modification for the Super Nintendo that transforms the gameplay into a series of encounters with ten bosses. Players begin by speaking to a character and then proceed through a door to face each boss. After defeating a boss, players receive upgrades and new equipment. If defeated, players are transported to a room to choose their next challenge. A supply computer is also available.

Simply talk to the girl and continue trough the door and defeat the bosses.
The game will give you new armor and weapons after each encounter as well update your level, so don't forget to equip them!
In the case you should die you will be transported to a room with exits to each boss which are counted from the top left to bottom right.
